About the role
KMXK Investment Pte. Ltd. is a single-family office seeking an experienced professional to oversee its operations, and projects.
Working directly with the principal, the Director will take responsibility for coordinating matters across the family office and related entities, managing external advisers and ensuring decisions are carried through effectively. This is a hands-on role requiring sound judgement, discretion and the ability to manage both strategic priorities and day-to-day execution.
Key responsibilities
Family office oversight
- Oversee daily operations and establish effective processes, controls and reporting arrangements.
- Translate the principal’s priorities into clear action plans and ensure timely execution.
- Identify operational issues, assess their implications and recommend practical solutions.
- Provide consolidated updates on financial matters, investments, projects and outstanding decisions.
Corporate governance and administration
- Coordinate with corporate secretaries, legal counsel and tax advisers on corporate obligations and documentation.
- Oversee statutory filing schedules, corporate records and governance processes.
- Review commercial arrangements and coordinate professional advice where required.
- Manage corporate changes, restructuring and entity closure matters as directed by the principal.
Projects and stakeholder management
- Oversee property and other special projects, including budgets, timelines and service provider performance.
- Manage relationships with consultants, professional advisers and other counterparties.
- Review proposals, fees and contractual arrangements, and highlight matters requiring the principal’s decision.
- Lead follow-through on complex or sensitive matters until resolution.
- Oversee office administration, HR and payroll coordination.
- Any other ad-hoc requirements.
Requirements
- Substantial relevant experience in family office operations, financial services, corporate management or a comparable role.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee financial, corporate and operational matters across multiple entities.
- Strong commercial judgement and confidence reviewing financial information, proposals and contractual documentation.
- Proven ability to manage projects and professional advisers independently.
- Comfortable combining senior oversight with hands-on execution in a lean organisation.
- Strong communication skills, discretion and ahigh level of personal accountability.
- A relevant qualification in finance, accounting, business or a related discipline is preferred.
