Buyer Cabin Procurement Galleys and Catering Equipment (m/w/d) // AIRBUS

• Participation in procurement activities, management of the tendering process and contract negotiations to achieve the best purchasing conditions in accordance with company requirements (internal - external)
• Monitoring of the contract (during the innovation, development, series, and support phases) together with suppliers and internal company stakeholders to ensure seamless application of contract terms throughout the entire contract lifecycle and to ensure that suppliers deliver the expected performance in all areas (logistics, support, quality, costs)
• Maintenance of daily relationships with suppliers and management of ongoing projects to optimize customer benefit while simultaneously minimizing total cost of ownership and risks
• Collaboration in cross-functional and cross-departmental teams during the entire tendering, contract conclusion, and contract lifecycle
• Completed Bachelor's degree in the field of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or International Management
• Professional experience in the field of procurement, supplier management, Supply Chain / Logistics, contract management
• Good knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Word
• Initial user knowledge in SAP
• Business fluent English skills
• German is an advantage
• The ability to quickly grasp and analyze technical concepts and functions
• An independent, structured, and result-oriented way of working to achieve goals on time and coordinate workflows efficiently
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
• Willingness to travel (1-2 times per year, predominantly within Europe, but can also be worldwide)
