Terminplaner - Engineering Scheduler (m/w/d)
- Creation and maintenance of schedules for EPC plants from the tender to the execution phase and the Engineering Document Submittal Lists
- Structuring the engineering project process taking into account the master document list/KKS structure and the customer contract schedule
- Coordination of the Work Breakdown Structure, key documents, links between individual project interfaces, and the respective engineering status
- Progress measurement, reporting, coordination of the Quality Gate Checks
- Schedule-based control of document provision
- Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study
- Sound professional experience in the field of scheduling and schedule reporting in plant engineering/engineering
- Professional experience in the field of project management desirable
- Very good experience in MS Project
- Experience in Visual Basic for Applications and/or Python desirable
- Business-fluent English skills in speaking and writing
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to persuade and a confident appearance
- Structured and methodical way of working, analytical skills
- Initiative, decision-making ability, and result orientation
