Sales Assistant Inside Sales Domestic and International
Your tasks:
- Order receipt and entry
- Preparation of quotations
- Complaint processing
- Customer consulting / customer contact
- General correspondence
- Preparation of customs documents (MRN/CMR/EUR1)
Your qualification:
- Commercial training (industry, wholesale & foreign trade, freight forwarding, commercial for office communication, or comparable)
- Good MS-Office skills
- Good to very good English skills in speaking and writing, other foreign languages are an advantage but not a hiring criterion
