KM Lingo is a Singapore-based language training company offering spoken Mandarin classes with Tamil explanations. We help learners build confidence in Mandarin for everyday use and provide tailored language solutions for individuals and businesses.

Job Summary

You will promote KM Lingo’s language programmes by engaging prospective learners, responding to enquiries, recommending suitable courses, and supporting enrolment to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential students, organisations, and community partners to generate interest in language programmes
• Respond promptly to enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media to provide clear information
• Assess prospective learners’ needs and recommend appropriate Mandarin courses to match their goals
• Explain course content, schedules, fees, and registration procedures clearly to support informed decisions
• Follow up with interested prospects to assist them through the registration process and ensure completion
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and potential partners to encourage enrolment and retention
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, follow-ups, and registrations for tracking and reporting
• Work towards achieving agreed sales and enrolment targets to contribute to business growth
• Coordinate with instructors to ensure a smooth registration and onboarding experience for new students
• Support promotional campaigns and outreach activities to increase programme visibility and attract learners

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or course enrolment to effectively manage customer interactions
• Interest in education and language learning to better connect with prospective learners
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, social media, and basic spreadsheets to communicate and manage data
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences
• Organised, responsible, and able to work independently to manage tasks and follow-ups efficiently
• Comfortable initiating conversations and following up with potential customers to drive enrolment
• only Singaporean and PR

Work arrangement and location: work from home Working hours: Flexible Basic salary: S$1800 per month
