On behalf of a leading private hospital in Dubai, we are seeking a specialist in dermatology and venereology for a contract of at least 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
The hospital is part of an international hospital group with high medical standards and modern facilities. The patient group consists largely of international, European, and VIP patients who expect high quality, good communication, and personal service.
The position offers an annual salary of approximately 2.2–2.4 million SEK, with the possibility of tax-free income, in addition to bonuses/commission on performed aesthetic treatments.

About the position
As a dermatologist, you will work with both medical and aesthetic dermatology. You will encounter a wide spectrum of dermatological issues while having the opportunity to perform aesthetic treatments in a market with great demand.
The position involves close patient contact and is suitable for you who enjoy consultations, relationship building, and treating an international patient group. You will work in modern clinical environments together with experienced colleagues and specialists in several medical fields.
Typical duties
Investigation and treatment of dermatological conditions Outpatient activities within medical dermatology Aesthetic consultations and treatments Skin examinations and patient follow-ups Treatment of acute and chronic skin diseases Injection treatments and other aesthetic procedures, depending on experience Laser treatments and cosmetic dermatological treatments Collaboration with other specialists and healthcare personnel Contributing to high patient satisfaction and quality in the operations
We are looking for you who
Are a specialist in dermatology and venereology Have at least three years of experience at a specialist level after completed specialist training Have experience in or a strong interest in aesthetic dermatology Have very good knowledge of English Communicate well with patients and colleagues Have a professional manner and a high sense of service Have high medical competence and a focus on quality Thrive in an international work environment

Salary and benefits
The base salary is approximately AED 70,000–75,000 per month, corresponding to approximately 2.5–2.7 million NOK per year, with the possibility of tax-free income.
In addition to this, bonuses/commission on performed treatments are added, providing further income opportunities.
For candidates trained and specialized in Sweden and other recognized countries, the licensing process is normally very predictable and is handled by the employer's own licensing team.
