Working as a recruitment consultant with us is both fun, developing, and demanding. You will work with the entire process, from processing customers and selling the assignment to search, interviewing and evaluating the candidate and following up. You create advertisements, interview candidates, develop networks, and create long-term relationships with candidates and customers. We work with the recruitment of both Swedish candidates and European ones, where language learning and intercultural communication are also included!

Dignus Medical is a well-established company that has been active in the recruitment and staffing of qualified doctors for more than 13 years. Our Norwegian parent company has been nominated and appointed as a Gasellföretag several years in a row and has very good financial stability. We have the entire Nordic region as our field of work via our Norwegian company, which is established in Oslo and Alta, as well as the Swedish company located in Malmö. Together we had a turnover of 68 million during 2017, and the goal for 2018 is 85 million. We are a total of 30 employees in the company and are now in the process of developing the business through a higher degree of specialization.
