Marketing Executive

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing or business development, preferably in the engineering, industrial services, or energy sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in both English and Indonesia.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills, capable of handling multiple projects and client requirements simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
• Proactive, creative, and strategic mindset, with the ability to design and implement effective marketing initiatives.
• Knowledge of import/export or technical service processes is an advantage.
• Willing to travel or visit project sites when required.
