Trainer (m/f/d) for Crushing and Screening Plants
Your tasks with us:
- You organize and conduct practical in-person and online training for our international sales teams, dealers, and partners at home and abroad
- You create, review, and revise training materials, training concepts, and learning formats in close cooperation with internal specialist departments and our worldwide branches
- You continuously analyze the training level of your sales colleagues and, in cooperation with our branches and dealers, determine the resulting training needs
- You continuously develop existing strategies and training methods in the field of Distance Learning as well as in practical in-person training
- You participate in worldwide customer events, sales trade fairs, and congresses
What you bring with you:
- You possess a trainer qualification, which you acquired either as part of a technical or business administration degree or through several years of activity as a Product or Sales Trainer for technically demanding products. Career changers who possess relevant knowledge regarding processing technology are also welcome
- You have several years of professional experience in the construction machinery environment, preferably in the processing industry
- You possess a very good technical understanding and are able to convey complex content in an understandable manner
- You appear confident, convincing, and customer-oriented and inspire people for products, technologies, and solutions
- You possess strong communication and presentation skills as well as high didactic competence for practical and target-group-oriented knowledge transfer
- You are open to digital learning formats or already routinely use modern media for knowledge transfer
- You bring a high willingness to travel worldwide
- You are proficient in written and spoken English; further language skills are an advantage
