The position:

Our agency is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Senior PMO (M/F) to support the structuring and management of a high-visibility strategic program.

You will intervene at the heart of the program governance in order to implement the methods, tools, and processes necessary for its effective management, while ensuring efficient coordination between the different stakeholders.

Your mission Structure and support the management of a cross-functional program, ensuring governance consistency, reporting quality, and the coordination of the teams involved.

Your responsibilities

• Define and implement PMO standards: governance, reporting, KPI, and monitoring indicators.
• Ensure functional coordination between the different teams and stakeholders of the program.
• Organize and facilitate management meetings (COPIL, COMOP, monitoring committees).
• Monitor work progress, identify risks, and propose associated action plans.
• Consolidate reports and ensure their distribution to management.
• Participate in the structuring of the program: planning, milestones, priorities, dependencies, and work packages.
• Guarantee the consistency of information and the quality of global management.

Profile sought:

You are an experienced PMO or Program Coordinator

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or program management.
• Experience in implementing governance and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to structure a program and implement appropriate monitoring methods.

You master the fundamentals of management

• Risk and dependency management.
• Management through indicators and KPI.
• Organization and facilitation of governance bodies.
• Consolidation and synthesis of information from multiple interlocutors.

You operate in an international environment

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and produce deliverables in English.
