The position:
You will be responsible for the proper execution of the program, governance, and the alignment of all stakeholders, from scoping to deployment.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead a complex and cross-functional IT program
- Coordinate several teams: PO, technical project managers, developers, business units, and partners
- Manage the schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and action plans
- Implement and facilitate governance: COPROJ, COPIL, workshops
- Produce clear and structured reporting for management and the COMEX
- Support teams from scoping to testing, deployment, and change management
- Identify bottlenecks, propose trade-offs, and guarantee stakeholder alignment
- Provide visibility on progress, alerts, and decisions to be made

Profile sought:
We are looking for a profile with solid experience in directing complex IT projects or managing transformation programs: Confirmed experience in directing complex IT projects/programs Management of budgets exceeding €1M Very good understanding of IS and development challenges Excellent mastery of coordination, governance, and cross-functional management Strong ability to take a step back, arbitrate, and engage stakeholders Fluent English is essential A real plus: experience in S&OP, Supply Chain, ERP, or Finance environments. A program leader capable of structuring, coordinating, challenging, and deciding, while maintaining a global vision of business and IT challenges.
