The position:
We are looking for an Administrative IS Project Manager (M/F) to join the DSI teams. You will intervene in the end-to-end management of IT projects, from the scoping of needs to the production deployment of solutions. You will work on subjects related to business applications and more specifically the Administrative IS perimeter: Finance, Human Resources, Legal, dematerialization, and Digital Workplace.
Your missions:
- Manage IT projects from design to production deployment
- Coordinate business teams, DSI, service providers, publishers, and integrators
- Collect and scope business needs and write functional and technical specifications
- Participate in calls for tender, estimation, and budget monitoring
- Guarantee compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and scope
- Manage risks, dependencies, and project communications
- Prepare and lead project committees and steering committees
- Organize support, maintenance, and Run monitoring
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, security, architecture, and project methodology
Technical environment: API / Webservices: REST, GraphQL, SOAP Architecture: Microservices Databases: Oracle, SQL Server NoSQL: MongoDB Monitoring / logs: ELK Environments: Windows / Linux
Profile sought:
- You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science and at least 5 years of experience in IT project management
- Ideally, you have already managed a significant project with a publisher and/or an integrator, in a DSI environment
- You are comfortable in environments mixing business and technical challenges and know how to bridge the gap between different stakeholders
- You possess good analytical and synthesis skills, communication and writing skills, coordination, meeting facilitation, adaptability, and autonomy
- Professional English is required
