Senior Lawyer - Corporate and M&A

Responsibilities and assignments Provide legal advisory to national and foreign clients with corporate practices in Brazil and routine matters;

Coordinate M&A operations, including the drafting of contracts and other documents and the performance and coordination of audits;

Draft and review various corporate documents, including shareholders' agreements, corporate reorganizations, and other general documents;

Perform the coordination of registrations and updates with public agencies;

Work together with other legal areas of the firm to provide integrated corporate guidance in multidisciplinary operations;

Contribute technically to the development of the team, participating in the training of younger professionals and promoting technical alignment with the firm's strategic performance;

Act with a technical and responsible posture with clients, offering clear, applicable, and legally secure solutions.

Requirements and qualifications Completed higher education in Law, with active OAB registration between 2016 and 2017;

Solid experience in the area of Corporate Law and M&A, with proven performance in complex national and international transactions;

In-depth knowledge of Brazilian corporate legislation, M&A practices, and business contracts;

Previous experience in a law firm;

Excellence in drafting technical documents and in communication with clients;

Analytical, proactive profile, and committed to delivering consistent technical solutions;

Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical presentation skills;

Fluent English is an essential requirement; mastery of other languages will be considered a differentiator;
