Responsibilities and duties Debt Offerings and Structured Finance; Investment Funds and Asset Management; Capital Markets Consulting and Regulatory; Public offerings of real estate receivables certificates (CRI); and Public offerings of agribusiness receivables certificates (CRA). Audit for operations;

Requirements and qualifications Active OAB between 2019 and 2021; Experience in Capital Markets; Advanced English; Post-graduate studies in related areas will be considered a differentiator; Autonomy; Proactive and cooperative posture; Excellent writing skills and a great behavioral profile; Knowledge in the real estate area is desirable;
