This position forms the core of 24/7 FITNESS’s future leadership. The incumbent will be exposed to all aspects of 24/7 FITNESS’s operations from the ground-up and excel in various assigned roles such as overseeing gym(s) as a District Sales Manager and taking up projects related to 24/7 FITNESS Operations and Business Development. This includes:
Your tasks
- Facilitating and working across business function to achieve desired results
- Leading, managing and performing the full spectrum of duties in the gym(s) to ensure operational excellence and positive customer experience
- Coaching and supervising staff
- Sales and Marketing: Drive membership sales, retention, and community engagement through effective marketing strategies and membership initiatives, and track all leads to ensure effective conversion rates
- Managing and executing projects
- Overseeing club's revenue and ensure the sales target is achieved/exceeded
- Community Engagement: Foster a sense of belonging and community by organizing club events and activities through effective communication and engagement.
- Any other duties as assigned
