Join our team and be part of an exciting roadshow where you’ll engage families, promote our attractions and bring fun experiences to life!

1. Drive Admission Sales Promote our attractions and convert enquiries into admission ticket purchases to achieve daily sales targets.

1. Customer Engagement Actively engage families and children, create an exciting atmosphere and encourage participation in our attractions.

1. Roadshow Operations & Safety Supervise play stations, including inflatables, to ensure guests follow safety guidelines and enjoy a safe and positive play experience and queue management

1. Cleanliness & Maintenance Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness of all play stations, inflatables and surrounding areas throughout operating hours.

1. Daily Setup Assist with ticket redemption, crowd management, event setup, opening and closing procedures, and other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Outgoing, energetic and sales-driven, with confidence in approaching shoppers and promoting admission tickets.

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-oriented attitude.

1. Able to work on weekends, public holidays and during peak operating periods.
