KIVI is looking for a new member of its Executive Board: an experienced engineer with a passion for the profession and, ideally, a keen eye for marketing, communication and brand promotion.

The Role: General Board Member

As a member of the Executive Board , you will share responsibility for setting the association's strategic direction in the medium and long term. You will serve on a collegial board of nine members that fosters the functioning and dynamism of KIVI.

For this specific position, we are looking for a general board member who is versatile but who, amongst other things, has a particular focus on the Marketing and Visibility portfolio. In this role, you will be the strategic driving force behind raising KIVI's profile and attracting a new generation of engineers. This is a major challenge, to which the entire board contributes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• You will contribute to the agency's strategic plans and help translate these into concrete actions.
• You will initiate and advise on marketing strategies to raise the profile of the engineering profession and KIVI in the market.
• You are able to bring people and groups together and are a source of inspiration for engineers both within and outside the association.
• You ensure an open, transparent and safe board environment.
