Food Safety & Warehouse Supervisor / Class 3/4 Driver
We are seeking aFood Safety & Warehouse Supervisor to support our food processingoperations, warehouse activities, food hygiene controls and transportationrequirements.
The position issuitable for a practical and experienced worker who can combine food handling,warehouse management, safety supervision and driving responsibilities.
KeyResponsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily food processing and food handling activities.
- Ensure workers follow food hygiene, personal hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with receiving and inspection of raw materials and food products.
- Manage warehouse and cold/chilled storage areas where applicable.
- Monitor stock levels, product movement and expiry dates.
- Maintain inventory, receiving and dispatch records.
- Organise storage areas and ensure proper segregation and housekeeping.
- Prepare goods for delivery and coordinate loading and unloading.
- Drive company vehicles for collection, transportation and delivery duties.
- Conduct vehicle checks and report any vehicle defects.
- Monitor cleanliness of food production, storage and work areas.
- Assist management with workplace inspections and operational checks.
- Support documentation and record keeping for food safety and production activities.
Job Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence.
- Valid Food Safety Course Level 1 / Food Handler certificate.
- Able to speak and write Tamil.
- Previous experience in the egg industry, food manufacturing, food processing or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Experience in food safety, warehouse or stores management is preferred.
- Good understanding of workplace hygiene and safe food handling practices.
- Able to perform physical work including lifting, moving and arranging goods.
- Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
- Basic English communication required for workplace coordination.
