Food Production & Operations Supervisor / Class 4 Driver
We are seeking aresponsible and hands-on Food Production & Operations Supervisor to supportour food processing operations, including production activities, food handling,inventory, transportation and daily operational coordination.
The successfulcandidate will be required to work both independently and as part of a smalloperations team.
KeyResponsibilities
- Supervise and support daily food production and processing activities.
- Handle food products in accordance with food hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
- Assist with receiving, checking, storing and issuing raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
- Maintain accurate stock and store records.
- Coordinate loading and unloading of raw materials, equipment and finished products.
- Operate company Class 4 vehicles for transportation and delivery duties.
- Conduct basic vehicle pre-trip checks and ensure safe transportation of goods.
- Coordinate manpower and daily work schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of production and storage areas.
- Assist with basic operational troubleshooting and coordination with maintenance personnel.
- Ensure company equipment, tools and materials are properly stored and maintained.
- Perform other operational duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 4 driving licence.
- Valid Food Safety Course Level 1 / Food Handler certificate.
- Able to speak and write Tamil.
- Previous experience in the egg, food processing, food manufacturing or related industry is preferred.
- Experience in stores, warehouse or production operations is preferred.
- Able to handle physical work including loading and unloading of materials.
- Safety-conscious, responsible and reliable.
- Willing to perform hands-on duties in a food production environment.
- Basic English communication is required for workplace coordination.

- Experience operating or working around food processing machinery.
- Experience in inventory and warehouse management.
- Experience driving commercial vehicles in Singapore.
- Mechanical or technical knowledge will be an advantage.
