💵 Pay & Career Growth
Training Pay: $30-35/hr during training
Realistic Annual Earnings: $80,000–$150,000+ once fully trained

🛠 What You’ll Do
Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors and openers
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with confidence
Deliver five-star customer service with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate documentation using notes, diagrams, and photos
Ensure all work meets the highest safety and quality standards
Recommend appropriate upgrades and services based on each customer’s needs—solutions, not pushy sales
🎯 What You Bring
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn—experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to lift 75+ pounds, climb ladders, and use standard hand and power tools
Strong communication skills and a positive, problem-solving mindset
High school diploma or GED
