Main tasks:

• Implementation of the company's quality goals (process improvement, internal quality, quality of deliveries to the customer, timeliness of the complaint process), conducting quality improvement projects;
• Responsibility for the satisfaction of assigned customers in the area of delivery quality, supporting Customers in case of quality issues, managing customer complaints;
• Analysis of processes and their continuous improvement, continuous work on reducing losses in various company activities;
• Analysis of indicators, identification of problematic processes, participating in the development and implementation of preventive actions to improve, ensure, and maintain achieved goals;
• Participation in implementation teams for new products, quality risk management, preparation of quality documentation for new projects;
• Supervision of the control and testing system for serial production;
• Participation in activities related to the quality of supplied materials/components.

Requirements:

• Higher education in electronics, quality management, or quality engineering;
• Ability to solve problems using various methods, including 8D, 5xWHY, PDCA, DMAIC, knowledge of statistical methods;
• Practical knowledge in the field of electronics production or related products is welcome;
• Knowledge of LEAN management tools;
• Practice in the field of quality tools: FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, APQP/PPAP;
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
