• Analysis of customer requirements, identification of project risks, and proposing the most optimal manufacturing process, including component selection;
• Conducting the pricing calculation process for potential customers in coordination with the business, technical, and purchasing teams;
• Preparation of project plans for new product/solution implementation in coordination with customers and managing them;
• Coordination of the implementation of the agreed production process and finished product for the customer, up to the mass production stage;
• Preparation of physical prototypes, implementation of improvement actions for the future mass production process, materials and technologies used, identification of quality defects;
• Coordination of the creation of the Bill of Materials (BoM) for the designed solution;
• Preparation of documentation for the customer and production in the pre-series phase (technical drawing, pre-production instruction, etc.);
• Responsibility for preparing PPAP documentation for the customer in cooperation with the quality engineer;
• Participation in direct talks with the customer, including solving technical problems related to the product in the pre-series phase, both at the customer's site and in the NPI phase;
• Close cooperation with the process and quality engineer regarding the creation of technical and quality documentation for mass production;

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferred fields: materials engineering, production engineering);
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an NPI engineer position or similar in the field of product development and project management;
• Knowledge of English at a level enabling fluent, daily communication;
• Experience in leading project teams;
• Very good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) and MS Project;
• Practical ability to use analysis and problem-solving methods;
• Skills in information analysis and drawing conclusions;
• Knowledge of quality and industrial standards applicable in the electronics industry;
• Ability to conduct FMEA analyses and build control plans.
