About the role: As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing new products into mass production and their further development. Your role will involve close cooperation with the customer, optimization of production processes, and ensuring the quality and compliance of technical documentation. This position is for a person who combines technical knowledge with problem-solving skills and process improvement capabilities.
Main tasks:
- Implementing new products,
- Direct cooperation with the customer regarding new implementations and modifications of existing products,
- Creating and updating technical documentation for production processes,
- Pricing new products and preparing offers,
- Defining tools and equipment necessary for production realization,
- Verification and validation of tests for mass production,
- Maintaining and developing the component database and supporting other departments in this regard,
- Monitoring, identifying, and resolving issues related to components,
- Managing customer requests regarding component changes,
- Collaborating on the implementation of new technologies and improving production methods.
Requirements:
- Required experience in a position related to electronics,
- Higher education in a relevant field (production engineering, mechatronics, electronics (lack of formal education may be replaced by appropriate professional experience),
- Good knowledge of English,
- Good knowledge of electronic components,
- Knowledge in the field of environmental protection (ROHS, REACH),
- Practical skills in using CAD tools.
