Nature of work: You will lead a small team of quality specialists working with customer complaints, internal process analysis, and supplier quality improvement.
You will teach and develop the team's competencies in problem-solving, data analysis, and the application of quality methods.
You will ensure that the team effectively carries out 8D investigations, CAPA actions, risk analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
You will personally get involved in some of the more critical quality investigation cases.
You will organize the team's work, set priorities, monitor workload, ensure adherence to deadlines, and ensure high-quality communication with colleagues and customers.
You will analyze customer complaint trends, internal quality data, and supplier non-conformities, and provide systemic suggestions for process improvement.
You will develop supplier quality management processes by auditing them, requiring investigations from suppliers in case of quality deviations, and evaluating the effectiveness of supplier actions.
You will be responsible for strengthening the quality culture – implementing clear standards, discipline, and principles of continuous improvement.
Requirements: Higher education in quality management or engineering (advantage in the field of electronics / mechanics).
Experience in leading a team (even if 2–5 people).
Experience working with international customers and their quality requirements.
Ability to coach, lead problem-solving sessions, and train team members.
Experience in the 8D (CAPA) process, including problem analysis methods such as 5Why, 5W2H, Fishbone, Pareto, Process Capability (Cpk), etc.
Ability to organize and coordinate teamwork across different functions.
Analytical thinking, good skills in identifying systemic problems and searching for their solutions.
Strong communication and the ability to manage complex situations (escalations, customer pressure, production deadlines).
Excellent English language skills (spoken, written).
