Kitron is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager for Germany and France to strengthen our commercial presence in these key European markets. The purpose of this role is to develop and execute effective business development strategies to meet sales targets and revenue objectives. We are seeking a strong hunter who thrives on opening new doors, building relationships, and driving commercial growth in competitive technical markets. Job Description: Identify and acquire new customers in Germany and France within the EMS/electronics manufacturing sector.

Build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities across this region.

Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing.

Understand customer requirements and develop tailored commercial solutions.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sourcing, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of business development efforts.

Track market developments, customer trends, and competitor activities in the Germany and France region.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance insights.

Adhere to Kitron's procedures, work regulations, and the Kitron Code of Conduct.

Requirements: Proven track record of B2B sales experience in Germany, preferably within the EMS, electronics, or other technical industries; experience in France is an advantage.

Excellent English skills (corporate language).

German fluency required; French proficiency is a strong plus.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Analytical mindset and ability to structure complex customer requirements.

Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field (or equivalent experience).
