Community Partnerships Manager
Your tasks
About the Role The Community Partnerships Manager owns Luminee Learning’s community partnerships end to end — from relationship development and programme scoping through onboarding, implementation, review and expansion.
The role works closely with community organisations, educators and programme teams to ensure partnerships are well coordinated, programmes launch smoothly, issues are followed through, and opportunities for deeper collaboration are identified.

- Understand each partner’s learner profile, programme context and implementation needs.
- Maintain regular communication and follow through on agreed actions.
Scoping and Onboarding
- Support discovery and programme scoping.
- Confirm learner numbers, levels, subjects, duration, delivery model and operational requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding, launch dates, account setup, consent/data needs and programme readiness.
Implementation and Operations
- Coordinate programme launch and ongoing delivery.
- Track timelines, milestones and outstanding actions.
- Manage cohort/account changes.
- Coordinate meetings, training logistics and issue resolution with internal teams.
Partner Engagement and Reviews
- Follow up on participation and implementation issues.
- Work with the Enablement & Implementation Lead on facilitator support.
- Coordinate early check-ins, mid-programme reviews and final reviews.
- Capture partner feedback and surface emerging needs.
Renewal and Expansion
- Identify opportunities to expand to additional learners, sites, levels or subjects.
- Support continuation and renewal discussions.
- Work with the Head of BD & Partnerships on recommendations to renew, expand, refine or conclude programmes.
Internal Coordination and Records
- Maintain accurate partner records, timelines and actions in the shared BD tracker.
- Coordinate with the Head of Partnerships, Implementation Lead, Curriculum, Product and other internal teams as required.
What Success Looks Like
- Community partners feel well supported and receive timely follow-up.
- Programmes launch on time with clear ownership.
- Actions and commitments are consistently followed through.
- Implementation issues are surfaced early and resolved.
- Partner reviews happen on schedule and feedback is captured.
- Renewal and expansion opportunities are identified and progressed.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills, with confidence working directly with community organisations, educators and programme staff.
- Strong follow-through, organisation and attention to detail; able to manage multiple partners, timelines and action items at once.
- A practical, hands-on mindset and willingness to work closely with partners on implementation issues.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort using Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides and shared project trackers.
- Able to identify issues early, coordinate across teams and take ownership through to resolution.
Preferred Experience Relevant experience may come from community partnerships, programme management, education operations, student care, social services, account management, customer success or education programme implementation.
Experience in education or community work is advantageous, but strong relationship management, execution and ownership are more important than a specific sector background.
