*About the Role*

We're looking for a compassionate, professional, and patient-focused Licensed Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team!

The primary role of this position is to provide high-quality physiotherapy care, including patient assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and education. *What You'll Do*

Licensed Physiotherapist ? Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments to identify patients' conditions, functional limitations, and treatment needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and clinical needs.
• Provide appropriate physiotherapy treatments, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, education, and other evidence-informed interventions.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Establish treatment goals in collaboration with patients and support them in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Educate patients about their condition, treatment options, exercise programs, injury prevention, and strategies for ongoing recovery.
• Develop and demonstrate appropriate home exercise programs.
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to help patients safely complete their exercises and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Use appropriate medical and physiotherapy terminology when documenting assessments, treatments, progress notes, and patient interactions.
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to help coordinate patient care and clinic flow.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care throughout the treatment process.
• Help patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident during their rehabilitation.
• Follow appropriate health, safety, privacy, and infection-control standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional treatment environment.
• Stay current with evidence-informed physiotherapy practices, clinical guidelines, and professional standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continue to develop clinical knowledge and skills.
• Support the clinic and clinical team with other appropriate physiotherapy-related responsibilities as needed.
• Help create a positive and supportive experience for every patient.

*What We're Looking For*

• Current registration and good standing with the applicable provincial regulatory college.
• Previous experience as a licensed physiotherapist is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and patient education.
