⚙️ We’re Hiring: Product Operations We are looking for a Product Operations professional who can help ensure product processes run efficiently, support product teams with insights, and improve operational workflows. 📍 Work Location: Onsite in Yogyakarta What You'll Do

• Support Product Managers in managing product operations and processes
• Monitor product performance and operational metrics
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and Operations teams
• Identify operational issues and improvement opportunities
• Help maintain product documentation and workflows

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Familiar with tools like Notion, Jira, Google Sheets, or similar

• Experience working in tech startups, marketplace, or logistics companies.
