WITTE Tools specializes in the manufacture of high-quality screwdriving tools and bits "Made in Germany". We supply our customers from crafts, trade, and industry worldwide with innovative products.

Together with industrial designers and chairs for ergonomics, we develop ergonomic handle shapes from innovative materials.

Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Hagen

Your Tasks

• Analysis of industry trends as well as identification of potential customers and development of tailored sales strategies
• Independent research and analysis of the competition as well as the determination of new business opportunities
• Sole responsibility for the support of existing customers
• Establishment of strategic partnerships and systematic new customer acquisition
• Conducting contract negotiations with customers, suppliers, and business partners
• Management of customer-related projects from the idea to successful market launch
• Responsibility for sales and growth targets

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training supplemented by a recognized two-year specialist qualification
• Several years of sales experience, ideally with technical products requiring explanation in established markets
• Very good foreign language skills in speaking and writing: business fluent English, other languages a plus
• Experience in the establishment and implementation of private label assortments
• Hands-on mentality and team orientation
• Proactive, entrepreneurial-minded personality with strong closing skills
• High level of personal responsibility
