Executive Assistant
Kipoff is a software company with two sides: we build custom web and mobile products for clients, and we create our own B2B SaaS tools. Our team handles everything from early product thinking and UX design through engineering, launch, and long-term support.
We stay small on purpose. That means quick decisions, direct access to the people leading the company, and little bureaucracy. We care about honest communication, careful craftsmanship, and solving problems before they become blockers.
We're hiring an Executive Assistant to work side by side with our founders and keep the business running smoothly. This is a varied role: no two weeks will look the same, and you'll touch many parts of the company.
What you'll do:
Research markets, tools, vendors, and prospects, and summarize what you find clearly
Draft and manage emails and other communication on behalf of the leadership team
Organize schedules, meetings, documents, and follow-ups
Prepare notes, reports, and presentations
Support teams across the company with ad-hoc tasks and projects
Help improve internal processes as we grow
You won't be expected to know everything on day one. We'll teach you our tools and workflows, and you'll build skills across product, operations, and business development.
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Strong research and information-gathering skills
A careful, organized approach, with attention to detail and consistent follow-through
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
Willingness to learn quickly and take on new challenges
[Optional: experience with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.]
