Fleet Coordinator

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor dealer's service KPIs, monitor preventive maintenance schedules, and manage battery remote-monitoring systems.

• Administer rental processes: pre-delivery inspections, delivery notes and goods receipts.

• Coordinate with dealers, service partners and Accounting on quotations, invoicing and tax documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Management, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.

• 1–3 years’ relevant experience in fleet or industrial equipment management preferred.

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
