Machining Process Engineer

1. Resolve abnormalities occurring in the production process
2. Define process quality improvement projects and supervise the implementation of various measures to achieve defined quality goals
3. Responsible for basic testing for new materials, new processes, and new equipment
4. Support the factory in upgrading process capabilities, reducing production costs, increasing production efficiency, and implementing continuous improvements
5. Train and help upgrade the process capabilities of assistant engineers

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related Engineering field Thorough understanding of fundamental principles, manufacturing processes, and manufacturing technologies of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) More than 3 years of work experience in manufacturing processes, new material testing, or equipment evaluation in the PCB industry More than 2 years of experience in HDI processes; candidates with experience in HDI Printed Circuit Boards for automotive will be given special consideration Proficiency in using various tools such as SPC, FMEA, Minitab and the ability to apply them in project implementation to improve process design and process parameters Proficient English writing and reading skills for fluent understanding; speaking skills will be given special consideration
