IT Engineer

1. Responsible for daily maintenance and troubleshooting of various production systems such as MES, OMS, EAP, etc., to ensure system stability.
2. Assist in system installation and implementation (System Go-Live), including function testing, master data configuration, user training, etc.
3. Responsible for maintaining system master data, user account management, and access rights configuration.
4. Assist the Chinese IT team in communicating system requirements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
5. Prepare system user manuals and basic training documentation to support system usage across various departments.
6. Assist in promoting the application of production systems in the factory to enhance the modernization of production data.
7. Work with the Chinese IT team and participate in the digital transformation of the factory.
8. Participate in the implementation, maintenance, and upkeep of smart production systems such as MES, OMS, EAP.
9. Provide IT technical support to ensure the stability of production systems in the factory.

Qualifications: Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Able to communicate in Chinese or English (Required) and able to read technical documents in Chinese or English. Basic IT knowledge; understanding of computer operating systems, networks, and databases. Experience in IT system maintenance, software implementation, or system support (Special consideration). Good communication skills, ability to learn, and teamwork skills. Experience in maintaining production systems such as MES, ERP, WMS (Special consideration). Understanding of basic enterprise information system principles and basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with basic Windows system usage; basic knowledge of Linux usage (Special consideration).
