Senior Methods Engineer

Your tasks

Independently develop and refine project execution methodologies during tendering and project delivery phases. Ensure technical accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.

• Prepare detailed method statements and construction sequences for marine and civil works.
• Analyse tender documents and identify technical challenges and solutions.
• Collaborate with proposal and planning teams to integrate methodology with cost and schedule.
• Conduct technical reviews and participate in client clarifications and handover meetings.
• Support offshore operations and provide engineering input during execution.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil, marine, or mechanical engineering.
• Relevant certifications in project planning or construction management are an asset.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in marine or civil engineering projects.
• Strong background in method development and tender engineering.
• Technical expertise in dredging, reclamation, and marine construction.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Problem-solving and team leadership abilities.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written); Arabic preferred; other languages are an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Visual Basic, AutoCAD, and Primavera.
• UAE driving license.
