Develop and implement weight growth monitoring/tracking mechanisms. Evaluate center of gravity (CoG) for all items and define CoG envelopes for designing sensitive structures. Assess lifting, transportation, and installation CoG requirements. Coordinate with all disciplines for weight and CoG data. Review and validate discipline weight inputs for accuracy. Review various discipline deliverables such as structural MTOs, piping MTOs, vendor data, E&I layouts, HVAC layouts, and architectural drawings to collect weight data. Review technical queries (TQs), site queries (SQs), and management of change (MOC) requests for weight impact. Actively participate in management of change reviews and identify weight impacts. Assess various weight limiting scenarios and define not-to-exceed (NTE) values. Support weight optimization initiatives.
