IT/OT Cybersecurity Engineer

Working location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Role purpose:

Ensure all ECMS, LMLS, and DCS systems comply with OT cybersecurity specifications and site-specific security checklists.

Key responsibilities:

Implement standalone antivirus and application whitelisting tools.

Configure NAS backup solutions and RAID.

Deploy firewalls for Modbus/TCP and OPC connections.

Ensure Windows OS hardening per industry standards.

Manage vendor laptop approval and pre-connectivity forms.

Ensure 5-year OEM warranty and services for servers/workstations.

Support OT factory and site acceptance testing, and cybersecurity validation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or Computer Engineering.

15+ years experience in OT cybersecurity for industrial control systems.

Certified in international OT cybersecurity standards or equivalent.

Hands-on expertise with firewalls, whitelisting, and backup solutions.

Industry project experience strongly preferred.

Final Documentation Officer

Working location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Contract type: Permanent

Role purpose:

Lead the assembly, quality check, and handover of final as-built documentation, dossiers, and end-of-job reports.

Key responsibilities:

Compile final documentation index and necessary system dossiers.

Ensure as-built drawings and vendor documentation are complete.

Coordinate with site record room for compliance with documentation standards.

Manage handover of spare parts, SPIR, and special tools documentation.

Prepare inspection and acceptance manuals.

Support project acceptance certificate documentation requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Library Science.

10+ years experience in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) final documentation.

Knowledge of major industry handover procedures.

Proficient in documentation control tools.

Reporting to:

Document Controller

Working location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Contract type: Permanent

Role purpose:

Manage all project documentation using digital tools, ensuring proper numbering, distribution, and archiving per industry procedures.

Key responsibilities:

Register, distribute, and track all deliverables (drawings, specs, MRs, TBE, reports).

Ensure compliance with company standards for numbering and control.

Maintain revision control and transmittals.

Support and control red-line and as-built submission process.

Coordinate with project Document Control Center for records handover.

Requirements:

Diploma or certification in document control.

8+ years experience in EPC oil & gas projects.

Expert in document management platforms (mandatory).

Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

OEM Vendor Coordinator

Working location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Role purpose:

Manage all interactions with Original Equipment Manufacturers for modifications, I/O mapping, and commissioning.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate with OEMs for system modifications and synchronizations.

Schedule OEM visits for relay configuration.

Liaise for control system gateway and I/O mapping.

Manage UPS and power interface vendors.

Track OEM deliverables and ensure timely site presence during shutdowns.

Facilitate factory and site acceptance tests with OEMs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.

10+ years experience in vendor coordination on EPC brownfield projects.

Experience with vendor contract management and scheduling.

Strong negotiation and organizational skills.

Senior Engineering Coordinator

Role purpose:

Coordinate cross-discipline engineering activities, document control, and interface management between home office, site, and client company.

Key responsibilities:

Maintain engineering deliverable register and expedite submissions using digital tools.

Organize technical meetings, interface workshops, and shutdown planning sessions.

Track technical queries, action tracking, engineering issues, and clarifications.

Coordinate with client company for approvals and site records.

Ensure red-line markups are collected and handed over for as-built documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline).

12+ years experience in EPC coordination.

Proficient in document management and project collaboration tools.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Project Engineering Manager

Role purpose:

Lead and coordinate all engineering disciplines to deliver detailed design, procurement support, and field engineering within schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities:

Manage engineering team, consultants, and specialists for full project duration until completion.

Ensure FEED validation, site survey execution, and design change control.

Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and project stakeholders for interface management.

Approve engineering deliverables and ensure compliance with standards.

Manage engineering schedule, risk register, and lessons learned.

Support procurement, technical bid evaluations, and vendor document reviews.

Liaise with construction and commissioning managers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.

20+ years experience, including 10+ years as Engineering Manager on EPC brownfield projects.

Strong knowledge of power systems, control systems, and engineering standards.

PMP preferred.

Technical HSE Engineer

Working location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Role purpose:

Support HSE studies, audits, risk assessments, and ensure environmental plans are in place for project execution.

Key responsibilities:

Assist Lead HSE Engineer in preparation of HSE drawings and documents.

Act as scribe during HSE workshops and support close out actions.

Maintain HSE action tracking register.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.

8+ years HSE experience in brownfield EPC projects.

NEBOSH International General Certificate.
