Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, commercial, marketing, sciences, engineering, project management, supply chain management, law, communication, technologies, mathematics, or statistics.

Knowledge and Experience

10 years' experience in a business-related function or discipline, including 6 years in the oil & gas industry.

At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor, subcontractor, service, or vendor personnel.

Technical and Business Skills

Experience with building infrastructure systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, utilities).

Knowledge of facility maintenance and asset management practices.

Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Familiarity with building management systems (BMS).

Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Space planning and workplace management skills.

Knowledge of project and contract management principles.
