Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science (e.g. Humanities or Business) or Engineering.

Knowledge and experience

Ten (10) years' experience with large projects in the oil & gas industry, including two (2) years in a supervisory role, including acting roles or oversight of service/vendor personnel.

Experience in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry in camp operations and maintenance, preferably as a camp boss or equivalent position.

Experience working in large scale operating organizations in operations, projects, subsurface, etc.

Thorough understanding of international systems to prevent food safety issues (HACCP).

Proven direct-team leadership and experience providing leadership to a community of multiple contractors, sub-contractors, and stakeholders.
