Assistant Manager Engineering Technical Service

Your tasks

Accountable for ensuring technical quality of design and engineering in line with technical assurance framework during FEED and EPIC stages. Management and leadership of the multi-discipline engineering team responsible for the overall engineering design of the project. Focus on the successful execution of projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with the agreed project requirements, specifications, and standards.

Requirements

BE, BTech, or BSc in Engineering is mandatory. Minimum 18 years of experience in FEED and EPIC engineering and management for large-scale oil and gas projects. At least 8 years' experience in engineering or technical leadership roles such as Head of Technical Services, Discipline Lead, Study Manager, or Engineering Management. Extensive skills in management and leadership, team building, effective communication, conflict resolution, and presentations. Offshore projects experience is mandatory.
