During this period, we are looking for a candidate, with zeal and a desire for growth, who wishes to become part of the Rent a Car team by undertaking the duties of a Rental Agent.
A day at work Your main responsibilities will be: Customer reception and service Preparation of rental agreements and collection of necessary documents Implementation of the vehicle return process Attracting new clientele Handling any customer complaints or issues. Cash management
Required Qualifications: Are you what we are looking for? It will be the perfect combination if you have: Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset Customer-centric mindset Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Computer literacy Knowledge of the English language Passenger car driving license
