In 2025, Kinsen proceeded with the acquisition of Megadrive Autovermietung, the Austrian subsidiary of Europcar Mobility Group, expanding its activities into the Austrian car rental market. During this period, we are looking for a candidate, with zeal and a desire for growth, who wishes to become part of the Accounting team, taking on the duties of Credit Control & Collections Junior Officer.

A day at work Your main responsibilities will be:

• Monitoring collections & communication with domestic and international customers.
• Management of bank transfers.
• Management of the portfolio of collectible checks.
• Management of open balances - open items.
• Invoice checking.
• Approvals of new orders.
• Weekly reporting of requirements to the company's Financial Director.
• Management of loans & interest.
• Management of doubtful customers in cooperation with the legal department.

Required Qualifications: Are you who we are looking for? It will be the perfect combination if you have:

• Graduate of A.E.I./ T.E.I., preferably in Economics or Accounting direction.
• Previous experience in a similar Credit Control/Accounting position will be positively appreciated.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office with developed skills in Excel/Word.
• Knowledge of accounting systems (ERP) is desirable.
