Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Sales & Marketing team.

Handle and follow up on enquiries from customers, property agents and sales agencies.

Maintain accurate records of sales enquiries, customer information, bookings and sales activities.

Prepare and manage sales-related documents, correspondence, reports, presentations and other administrative materials.

Assist with property bookings, sales documentation and follow-up on outstanding documents. Coordinate with property agents, agencies, consultants and internal departments on sales-related matters. Assist in arranging property viewings, appointments, sales meetings and project-related activities. Support property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, events and other sales and marketing activities. Assist in preparing and coordinating marketing materials, brochures, advertisements and project information. Maintain and update project and marketing information across relevant platforms and materials. Prepare regular sales reports, activity reports and other management reports as required. Liaise with customers and relevant internal departments to follow up on requests and outstanding matters. Coordinate with external vendors, marketing agencies and service providers on marketing and administrative matters. Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales, marketing and customer records. Provide general administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Department. Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Management.

Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Property, Real Estate or a related discipline . 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales administration, property sales, real estate or marketing support . Experience in property sales administration or residential property sales is preferred. Familiarity with property sales processes, including customer enquiries, viewing appointments, bookings and sales documentation will be an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, agents and internal stakeholders. Strong administrative, coordination and organisational skills. Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word . Able to work independently as well as in a team. Candidates with strong sales administration experience but without direct property-sector experience may also be considered.
