Work Package Owner (WPO) – Freezers / Cold Storage

Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company.
About the role :
Lead and coordinate assigned work packages, ensuring delivery according to agreed scope, budget and schedule. Coordinate with EPCM, CQV, SMEs, Procurement, vendors and other project stakeholders to drive package delivery. Monitor project progress, risks, issues and dependencies, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Manage supplier/vendor performance and coordinate technical and commercial issues where required. Ensure compliance with engineering, SHE, GMP and GEP requirements and adherence to design intent. Coordinate equipment installation with Construction, Installation teams and Equipment Suppliers. Plan and coordinate FAT, SAT, commissioning and qualification activities, including closure of deviations and punch-list items. Participate in Mechanical Completion walkdowns and support commissioning, system start-up and handover. Ensure completion of lifecycle documentation, including as-built drawings, O&M packages and qualification documentation. Support risk assessments and technical studies such as FMEA, RCA and HAZOP, and manage scope changes and problem-solving activities. Scope areas include (but are not limited to): Freezers, Thaw units, Cold storage, Thaw units, and other peripheral equipment in Warehouse or Chemical warehouse facilities
About you:
- Proven experience leading work packages, equipment packages or project areas and managing resources.
- Understanding of CQV processes and operational/user requirements.
- Experience with FAT/SAT, commissioning, qualification or equipment handover.
- Good understanding of engineering, GMP/GEP and SHE requirements.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and project documentation.
- Strong stakeholder coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing or other regulated environments will be advantageous.
- Experience with freezers, cold storage, thaw units or warehouse equipment will be an advantage.
