About our client :
Our client is a manufacturer of offshore drilling and production equipment that is well-suited for use in deepwater applications.
About the role :
- Develop and implement quality inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure product accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Design and improve inspection and testing processes, procedures, and equipment to enhance product quality.
- Conduct quality assurance tests and perform statistical analysis to monitor quality performance and identify potential risks.
- Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure corrective actions and deviations are properly addressed and meet required reliability standards.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and ensure compliance with company and industry requirements.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
About you:
- Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in the Oil & Gas manufacturing industry.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes, inspection methods, and testing procedures.
- Experience in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
