About our client :
Our client is a manufacturer of offshore drilling and production equipment that is well-suited for use in deepwater applications.
About the role :
- Support and coordinate projects from project handover through execution and completion.
- Work closely with project management, engineering, manufacturing and other supporting teams to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule and requirements.
- Assist in developing and monitoring project schedules, deliverables and milestones.
- Coordinate project activities, follow up on outstanding actions and track overall project progress.
- Monitor project requirements, documentation and deliverables to ensure alignment with specifications and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve project-related issues and ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in monitoring project costs, risks and progress.
- Prepare project status updates, reports and relevant project documentation.
- Support project managers and the wider project team in day-to-day project execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and practices.
About you:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in Oil & Gas, energy, industrial equipment or manufacturing industries.
- Candidates with engineering, project engineering or project coordination experience are welcome.
- Good understanding of project planning, scheduling and project execution.
- Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively with internal project teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
