C&Q Compliance Support (Pharmaceutical / Biotech)

About our client :

Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company.

About the role :

• Support the C&Q Manager and Compliance Lead in executing the project C&Q programme
• Develop implementation plans and strategies in line with C&Q plans, global guidelines and SOPs
• Coordinate with EPCM, third-party suppliers, end users and QA
• Ensure C&Q activities are executed in accordance with approved plans
• Guide preparation and review of C&Q documentation
• Support C&Q scheduling and change control activities
• Lead meetings related to commissioning topics
• Support digital C&Q platforms and compliance activities
• Ensure quality and GMP standards are maintained throughout C&Q execution

About you:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Process Engineering or related discipline
• Relevant experience in C&Q / CQV / validation within a pharmaceutical, biotech or GMP environment
• Familiarity with risk-based validation methodologies
• Experience with cGMP
• Experience with digital execution platforms such as Kneat, Veeva or ValGenesis is advantageous
• Strong documentation, coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work within strict project deadlines
• Good written and spoken English
