Kingscroft have been asked to recruit for a Quality Manager by a specialist Manufacturing business. As the ideal candidate you will have experience of Quality Management in a fast paced manufacturing environment. You will have experience of delivering cost , waste , continuous improvement and quality control through people, process and Quality Management Systems.

Your tasks
Your role and responsibilities will include
- Drive Quality Control, Waste Elimination, and Continuous Improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and PDCA methodologies.
- Ensure full compliance with IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO50001 and ISO45001.
- Maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System.
- Develop and implement robust control methods and reporting mechanisms.
- Drive waste reduction initiatives using Lean tools, Kaizen events, and 6S discipline.
- Identify sources of scrap and implement corrective actions to minimise waste.
- Ensure customer expectations are anticipated, understood, and fully met.
- Play a key part in the Senior Management Team
- Help to deliver successful New Product Introduction programmes on new and modified products
