Senior Executive, ICT Business Development
About the company
Our client is an MNC seeking a proactive Senior Executive, ICT Business Development to support the growth and expansion of its IT and cloud services business, with an initial focus on identifying and developing growth opportunities.
Your tasks
The role will focus on market research, business development, commercial planning, and building strong relationships with clients and strategic partners. The successful candidate will work closely with headquarters, group companies, and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, drive collaboration, coordinate project execution, and support strategic business growth.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, potential acquisition targets, and strategic investments in the ICT sector.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to support the successful execution of investment projects.
- Monitor portfolio companies’ performance, support corporate governance activities, and identify opportunities for business synergies.
- Track and coordinate ongoing ICT-related projects to ensure progress and timely delivery.
- Support business development initiatives across IT and cloud services, including market research, commercial planning, and client and partner relationship management.
- Facilitate collaboration between headquarters, group companies, and external stakeholders, while preparing internal reports and analyses to support management decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in ICT sales, project management, business development, investment support, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and organizations.
- Proactive, well-organized, and capable of coordinating multiple projects while managing competing priorities.
- Willingness to travel overseas regularly for business meetings and participate in work-related business dinners.
- Fluency in Japanese is essential for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
