Equipment Engineer

Your tasks

Operate, monitor, and inspect production machines and equipment performance.

Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM).

Troubleshoot equipment failures and provide timely solutions.

Support production teams in resolving equipment-related issues during shifts.

Participate in equipment improvement activities to increase OEE and reduce downtime.

Collaborate with process/production teams to optimize machine operation and workflow.

Record and report equipment status, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and 5S standards in the workplace.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Basic knowledge of industrial machinery and electrical systems; PLC knowledge is a plus.
3. English communication is required or Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
4. Good teamwork and communication skills.
