Industrial Refrigeration Engineers

About the company

Core Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm Our client is looking for experienced Industrial Refrigeration Engineers to join a growing engineering team, working across multiple client sites to service, maintain and repair industrial refrigeration systems, with a focus on ammonia and CO technologies. You will cover geographical territories from the Dartford corridor up to the West Midlands depending on your location.

Your tasks

• Service, maintain and repair industrial refrigeration systems.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, fault-finding and

breakdown repairs.

• Undertake compressor overhauls and system diagnostics.
• Ensure safe refrigerant handling and compliance with relevant

regulations.

• Complete service reports and maintain strong customer

relationships.

• Participate in the on-call rota, supporting customers when

required.

Requirements

• Experience working with ammonia and CO refrigeration systems.
• Relevant engineering qualification, such as City & Guilds Level

2 or equivalent.

• Valid F-Gas certification and ammonia handling training.
• Strong fault-finding skills and a commitment to health and

safety.

• Full UK driving licence and ability to work independently

across multiple sites.

• Experience in food production, cold storage, PLCs or automation

would be advantageous.
